As I cut up some American Crafts "Shimelle" pattern paper, down to 3x4 and 4x6 cards, I came across a strip, that had a quote by Michael Faraday, (from the end of the 12x12 sheet) that prompted me to create this shabby chic tag. I cut that end strip into 3 parts, adding a banner edge on the left side of each part, and distressed it all with my fingers using "Antique Linen" distress ink.
I absolutely love seeing mixed media art and I wanted to create something unique and special for anyone and for any occasion.
